ePublish Unum’s Digital Publishing Workshop for Authors

Last Saturday I attended the first (of what will surely be many) Digital Publishing Workshop for Authors hosted by Evo Terra and Jeff Moriarty of ePublish Unum. This is a relatively new venture for Evo and Jeff for helping authors embrace what it means to be a “digital author”. The eight hour workshop covered some excellent and diverse topics that were good for writers at all stages of the game. For myself, as a self-published author and podcaster, my goals going into the event were probably different than most. I am by no means an expert and still consider promotion my weakness. Where I’m at as a writer right now is wanting to keep my novel on folks’ radar (without being obnoxious) while still working on my prequels, sequels, and other procrastinations, and still keeping my day job.
