So, I said farewell to my Kindle Fire today. I spent a week with the shiny Amazon media device and decided that we just weren’t meant to be. Why? Frankly, I want a real tablet computer, not just a book reader with benefits. Before I get to all of that, let me explain why I wanted the Kindle Fire, why I bought one, and why it was hard to say goodbye. I have an Android smartphone, one that I really, really, love.
